Shipwreck Map

This one of a kind map, created in 2005, is a beautiful print of a map hand painted by a descendent of Keeper Eben Emerson who was lighthouse keeper at Wood Island Light in the 1860s and appointed by President Lincoln. This 19.5" x 27.5" map is professionaly printed on beautiful semi gloss paper and is suitable for framing. The map shows shipwrecks and other maritime events within five miles of the lighthouse in Saco Bay, Maine. 28 incidents are illustrated and described in the legend on the left side of the map.
